Regional Sales Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to lead our sales teams and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to perform at their best
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 8-10 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive business growth
