Regional Sales Manager

Join Jagah Online as we seek a visionary Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth in our high-growth business products and consumer marketplace projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth, lead generation, and conversion.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team with strong coaching and leadership skills to achieve revenue growth targets.
  3. Identify opportunities for subscriptions and sales growth across various business sectors, and develop strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  4. Utilize multiple channels to seek out new sales opportunities, including business groups and social media platforms, and leverage these to expand the sales footprint.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to effectively communicate value and features to customers, and increase product visibility and brand awareness.
  6. Manage customer accounts and build strong, healthy relationships through exceptional customer service and communication, driving customer recognition and retention.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics, and drive business growth.
  8. Demonstrate strategic sales competence in large and very large organizations, driving revenue growth and expansion through effective sales execution.
Job Requirements

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

  1. At least 10 years of executive-level experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  2. 5 years of managerial-level experience in business development, with a strong understanding of customer requirements and solutions.
  3. Excellent business acumen, communication skills, and ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  5. Competitive and have a high need for achievement, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
