Regional Sales Leader

The Regional Sales Leader works closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and resolve daily issues, resulting in growth of postpaid sales, mobile wallet activation, remittances, and retail/franchise business development.
This role reports to the Regional Sales Head and leads a team of Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize with the market area by visiting retailers and franchise owners.
- Mentor team members, take ownership of their issues, and escalate at appropriate forums for improved efficiency.
- Develop plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
- Coordinate with Commercial Planning to devise campaigns and increase penetration of Postpaid business.
- Establish, develop, and maintain distribution and retail networks throughout the assigned region.
- Implement company policy regarding routing of distribution officers (DO) for franchise business development.
- Manage the franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling concerned parties and explaining the profitability model.
- Meet monthly KPI targets such as postpaid sales, remittances, cash-in, MNP, gross ads, Jazz Cash Wallets, and 4G penetration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like DFS Executives, Sales Operations/Planning Teams, Channel Planning, Regional Technical Teams, and external stakeholders such as franchisee staff and retailers.
- Meet assigned targets and strengthen the channel.
- 6-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, channel development, and retail management with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute.
- A seasoned professional with experience working on challenging projects and taking end-to-end responsibility.
- Someone motivated to work in remote areas and mentor team members.
- An individual who can supervise sales and franchise management teams and provide guidance to improve the effectiveness of sales and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication skills to advocate/defend their point of view with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced view.
- Resilience, professionalism, maturity, and responsibility are expected qualities from the individual.
