We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Operations Analyst to drive business efficiency and growth by identifying synergies across various business functions and developing strategic plans.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business efficiency.
  • Identify and create sustainable synergies across different business functions.
  • Discover new business areas and deploy strategic initiatives for business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans for sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
  • Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution.
  • Design an analytics platform and develop the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.
  • Design workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct gap analysis of current SOP's/SLAs on an ongoing basis, drafting and rolling out relevant policies.
  • Analyze data to determine the level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on various process evaluations and improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate quality and efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices.
