IT Infrastructure Specialist

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, resolving errors, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

• IT Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to all users, resolving issues and updating software and hardware as needed.
• IT Infrastructure: Set up, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and networking.
• System Management: Manage and monitor our IT systems, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently.
• Security and Compliance: Respond to security breaches, investigate and document incidents, and enforce IT and security policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Training and Development: Educate staff on best practices and conduct regular training sessions to raise awareness of potential vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with operating systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux, Microsoft).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
