Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the integrity of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain robust IT infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and networking.
  • Manage and monitor IT systems to ensure they operate securely and efficiently.
  • Procure and manage hardware assets and software licenses.
  • Respond to security breaches and incidents, and take steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Enforce IT and security policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Educate staff on best practices and conduct regular training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with operating systems and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
