Job Summary

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware and infrastructure, as well as experience with operating systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust IT infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and networking.
  • Manage and monitor IT systems, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently.
  • Procure and maintain hardware assets and software licenses.
  • Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents.
  • Enforce IT and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
