
Account Acquisition Specialist

This role involves identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new accounts for a company. As an Account Acquisition Specialist, your primary duties will include making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
You may also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales. To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong sales skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and initiate contact with potential customers.
- Sales calls: Make outbound sales calls to customers to acquire new accounts and meet sales targets.
- Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Order processing: Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
