Job Title: HR Generalist - Call Center

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR generalist to support various aspects of human resources in our call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  2. Employee Engagement and Support:
    • Provide proactive support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  3. Performance Management and Development:
    • Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and objectives, driving employee growth and development.
    • Offer guidance and support to employees to improve their performance and achieve career aspirations.
  4. Training and Development Programs:
    • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Deliver workshops and training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and exposure.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  6. Employee Benefits Administration:
    • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding benefits and compensation packages.
  7. Employee Recognition and Rewards:
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Plan and execute team-building events, social activities, and celebrations to promote employee well-being and camaraderie.
  8. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Contribute to organizational planning and strategy development, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and improvement.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • HR certification is highly desirable.
