Job Title: HR Generalist - Call Center
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR generalist to support various aspects of human resources in our call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Employee Engagement and Support:
- Provide proactive support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Performance Management and Development:
- Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and objectives, driving employee growth and development.
- Offer guidance and support to employees to improve their performance and achieve career aspirations.
- Training and Development Programs:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and exposure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Employee Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding benefits and compensation packages.
- Employee Recognition and Rewards:
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and execute team-building events, social activities, and celebrations to promote employee well-being and camaraderie.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to organizational planning and strategy development, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Proven expertise in HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- HR certification is highly desirable.
