Job Purpose:

To lead HR Operations, ensuring company-wide seamless employee life cycle management, policy compliance, and positive employee experiences. Oversee core HR processes, employee relations, engagement & recognition initiatives, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring cross-departmental coordination for a seamless employee experience.
  • Organize town halls, leadership forums, employee away days / team-building activity, and annual engagement events such as M3 etc to boost connectivity & engagement.
  • Analyze turnover trends and exit interviews; design initiatives to improve retention and morale.
  • Promote company-wide compliance and a fair, ethical workplace culture. Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns as per CMPak's Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and implement programs to celebrate employee achievements and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
  • Supervise attendance management system implementation, reporting, and policy adherence.
  • Review, update, and maintain HR policies on PPMS, closing gaps and ensuring relevance.
  • Serve as the primary HR liaison, ensuring clear, timely dissemination of announcements and updates.
  • Continuously refine HR services to eliminate inefficiencies and elevate employee experience.
  • Lead HR initiatives, reporting, and special projects in collaboration with leadership.
  • Develop dashboards, operational reports, and presentations to guide business strategies.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 5 yrs. or Above experience in similar role

Special Skills:

  • HR Certification will be a plus
