Senior Design Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of strategic design initiatives that align with our goals for innovative and efficient natural gas infrastructure.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic vision for design initiatives, ensuring alignment with our objectives, managing engineering projects to ensure seamless integration into overall project execution, meeting industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will establish robust quality assurance protocols for design processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design workflows and enhance team capabilities.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for leading initiatives for training programs to develop skills in emerging technologies and industry best practices. This role requires strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills to achieve strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will provide clear insights into the impact of design initiatives on our gas infrastructure. Additionally, they will ensure team members comply with our Company HSE&QA guidelines and implement HSE&QA procedures in routine processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field.
  • Mastery of engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
