Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Design)

Main Responsibilities
1. Produce detailed drawings for part and tooling designs, jigs, fixtures, and equipment specifications as required by maintenance, production, planning, and quality control departments.
2. Generate prints of drawings for use in design processes.
3. Distribute drawings to relevant sections upon request.
4. Maintain accurate records of drawings, design-aided data, and technical information.
5. Delegate tasks and monitor performance of subordinates, providing guidance when necessary.
6. Clarify departmental objectives and their alignment with the company's overall goals, then convey this information to subordinates.
7. Foster a culture of constructive discipline and teamwork within the department.
8. Communicate management instructions and policies to staff members under your supervision.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations among all personnel in your department.
10. Develop effective working relationships between departments for efficient company operations.
11. Provide training to personnel within your department or section.
12. Perform additional functions as assigned by your superior.

Key Requirements

Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, including knowledge of design and development of dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
