Sales Performance Lead
We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and client success.
About the Role:- Identify, engage, and convert new B2B leads, particularly in the international market.
- Understand client pain points, craft tailored solutions, and close deals confidently.
- Write persuasive and professional business proposals, cover letters, and customized responses.
- Manage CRM systems and follow-up pipelines efficiently to track communication and lead progress.
- Collaborate with the production team to relay client requirements, timelines, and feedback.
- Lead and guide junior sales team members and collaborate with them.
- Drive front sales and upselling strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and act as their go-to representative.
- Understand and effectively communicate technical concepts related to SaaS, CRM platforms, web and mobile design & development.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- 3+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales cycles, lead funnels, and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Technically inclined – familiarity with CRM, SaaS platforms, and digital product development workflows.
- Confident in handling objections, presenting solutions, and managing client relationships professionally.
- Mature, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a fast-paced team.
