Customer Experience Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients' customers with their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed performance objectives and core values.
  • Assist customers with items purchased through our e-commerce website.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to convey interest and build trust.
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the e-commerce website.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest system information, process changes, and future updates.

Requirements:

  • O-Levels/Intermediate or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
