Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic individual to deliver exceptional customer support as a Customer Experience Associate.

This is a fixed salary-based position with no sales or target-based compensation. The selected candidate will engage in inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide high-quality support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve customer inquiries to their satisfaction level through prompt and professional communication.
  2. Provide administrative support, including word processing, data entry, and secretarial tasks.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes, and text messages.
  4. Maintain accurate records of queries and calls.
  5. Assist the administrative team in various tasks and projects.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all correspondence.
  7. Respond to public inquiries and handle customer support calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  8. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues as needed to achieve common goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, strong data entry abilities, and effective communication skills. You should also be able to think critically and solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
