Job Overview
ibex. Pakistan is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department. The role involves assisting our U.S.-based clients' customers with their queries and concerns, providing accurate resolutions according to defined processes via calls. We value personality, passion, and work ethic over experience in dealing with international customers. A sense of humor is a plus.
Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with performance objectives and core values of our client
- Assist customers with purchases made through the ecommerce website
- Show interest in each customer through courteous, friendly, and caring communication
- Provide alternatives for products/items unavailable on the website
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve issues
- Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates
Job Specifications
- O Levels/Intermediate or higher qualification
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
