As a project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects. This includes ensuring timely submission of project deliverables, preparing and submitting status reports, and establishing effective communication plans.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating project timelines, and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery.

You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, scheduling meetings, tracking and managing project risks, and monitoring project progress to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established timelines.

Project Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate project status to all team members, facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
Team Leadership
  • Run daily scrums and meetings. Maintain backlog and make sure all tickets are updated.
  • Ensure all required features are produced and reviewed, including requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
Quality Control
  • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, conduct quality control checks, and review and approve deliverables before final submission.
Leadership
  • Resolve and communicate conflicts to leadership while demonstrating appropriate decision-making competencies.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET & MVC, LINQ, Angular/Angular JS, Web Services, WCF/XML/Web API development and Dynamic Websites.
  • 5+ years experience in IT Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience with OOP, SDLC, pattern and practices in multi-tenant system.
