Project Leadership Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include managing resources, schedules, financials, and adhering to total quality control guidelines throughout the customer life cycle.

This includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

  1. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  4. Efficiently manage staff and internal resources to meet objectives.
  5. Manage project progress and adapt workflow to meet deadlines.
  6. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on strategy and progress.
  7. Design and sign off on contracts.
  8. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  9. Participate in tender processes.
  10. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  11. Optimize processes and improve approach where necessary.
  12. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.
  13. Lead the team efficiently.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  4. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  6. Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness.
  7. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
