About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with 2+ years of exposure to leading projects from start to finish. A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships is essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with clients to obtain organizational and operational details;
  • Collect business requirements and perform trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability;
  • Gather client reports and conduct complex data analysis and synthesis;
  • Support clients through internal processes to execute timely deployments;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and system information for projects assigned;
  • Resolve problems by acting as a contact person between our organization and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) based on customer requirements, working closely with the senior leadership team.
