About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a People Technology Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance within Motive's primary global HRIS system, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday HCM platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Assist with project management initiatives, including optimization of the platform and continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement, promoting best practices.
  • Provide general tasks in Workday, including data loading, reporting, security, business processes, and job code management, supporting the team's goals.
  • Meet with stakeholders to detail out project requirements for reports or other enhancements in Workday, fostering collaboration.
  • Document solutions and create process workflows, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical Workday experience, with a strong understanding of its functionality and capabilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide guidance to stakeholders, promoting a positive user experience.
  • Exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion, maintaining sensitive information.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and partner with stakeholders across Motive, driving collective success.
