Advanced Analytics Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science group, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive business value.

Your primary focus will be on developing and deploying predictive models that inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design and implement analytical solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI frameworks.
  • Working with structured and unstructured data from various sources to build predictive and prescriptive models.
  • Collaborating with cloud engineers and data engineers to productionize models and ensure scalability across cloud platforms.
  • Applying generative AI techniques including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and use of frameworks like LangChain to deliver intelligent automation and content generation solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Proven experience with one or more cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and use of frameworks like LangChain.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML).
