Our company is seeking a Mid-Senior level Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience insights
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
  • Select the most suitable media platforms (digital, TV, radio, print, outdoor, etc.) for campaign execution
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Negotiate media buys, placements, and budgets with vendors to achieve cost efficiency
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and technological advancements
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels
  • Proficiency in media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Nielsen, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for strategic planning
