Marketing Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to drive our sales, advertising, and market strategy.

This role requires the ability to execute decisions that impact our financial health and optimize marketing campaigns to engage target consumers/partners. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team and activities, ensuring we effectively measure, enhance, and enrich our company image through various goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough market analysis and identify potential markets for growth opportunities
  2. Oversee new product introductions and manage campaign execution
  3. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  4. Supervise and manage marketing staff to ensure successful project delivery
  5. Plan and execute marketing and branding objectives to achieve business goals
  6. Expand product offerings and develop strategic partnerships
  7. Create engaging print ads and publications to reach target audiences
  8. Optimize customer service strategies with internal departments
  9. Generate high-quality content across all media platforms
  10. Create and deliver press releases, advertisements, and marketing materials
  11. Forecast and analyze variances in marketing and sales financial performance
  12. Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing valuable insights and recommendations
  13. Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to develop strategic partnership activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 5+ years in software product marketing and sales exposure
  • Master's degree in business or marketing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent people and management skills
