Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Islamabad. The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO's diary, coordinate meetings, and handle communications. Additional responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance, managing clerical tasks, and supporting the CEO with personal assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, or related fields). Preference for candidates from FAST, NUST, and LUMS.
