AI/Machine Learning Engineer Role Description

This is a high-profile position requiring an experienced professional to lead AI and machine learning initiatives.

Devsinc seeks a seasoned expert with expertise in cloud environments, NLP-related technologies, Python programming, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. The ideal candidate will excel at designing innovative solutions, be proficient in Spark, and demonstrate exceptional technical skills in software development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable and secure AI applications using Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud services.
  • Develop AI models and algorithms that support various client applications.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications.
  • Promote a data-driven approach and deliver valuable AI enhancements consistently.
  • Lead model development, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an active coder, with proficiency in Python 3.x and strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of essential Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformers, and others relevant to machine learning.
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks) and Linux, including Lambda/Serverless, SQS, SNS, S3, and EC2.
  • Proficiency in Django or Flask is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in source control, code review, and repository management using Git.
