Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, organizing and updating company personnel records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
  2. Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
  3. Updating HR databases with the latest information on employee status changes.
  4. Providing support in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
  5. Preparing, managing, and storing paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  6. Assisting in recruitment by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
  7. Developing reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  8. Organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  2. Hiring expertise to identify top talent.
  3. Accounting knowledge to manage payroll and financial data.
  4. Computer and network security skills to protect sensitive information.
