Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent, with experience in the field or related area.

A successful Human Resources Manager must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, educate and coach staff, and handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations effectively.

The role also requires the ability to give presentations, maintain workplace privacy, and follow relevant health and safety laws.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
