Business Partner for Human Resources

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

  • Partner with leadership to drive business outcomes and improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Interpret and present data in a meaningful way to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure seamless execution of People Practice programs and processes within the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
