Job Title: Project Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Expert to lead software development project activities across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their system's functional and non-functional requirements and work together with stakeholders to plan and execute projects.

Your leadership skills will be crucial in delivering software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes according to release schedules, and providing a comprehensive software development plan that meets future client needs.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day project activities, communicate effectively with project teams, and help developers resolve technical and human resources issues.

You will also provide ongoing project plan/status reporting and offer guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they reach their optimum performance levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in software development
  • At least 7 years' experience working through the design, development, and delivery cycle
  • Strong understanding of software development cycles, leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
