   We are seeking an Expert Upwork Bidder to leverage our capabilities in identifying and securing potential projects on the platform.

   The role involves crafting compelling proposals, effectively communicating with potential clients, managing project bids, and maintaining and updating our Upwork profile. Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze bid performance, collaborate with internal teams, and understand project requirements and deliverables.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure high-value projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Craft persuasive proposals and communicate seamlessly with potential clients
  • Manage project bids and optimize our Upwork profile
  • Analyze bid performance and adapt strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and deliverables
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software
  • Experience in the tech industry or with chatbot development projects

   Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Upwork Bidder
  • Strong skills in proposal writing and client communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze bid performance and adapt strategies
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration with internal teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
