About the Role:
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for the Boom Group Pakistan. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Conduct sales visits and presentations
- Analyze sales performance data and develop action plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
