Job Title: Payroll Expert for Americas

The Americas Payroll Expert supports end-to-end payroll activities, including payroll analysis and review, payroll reporting, and year-end activities. This role provides payroll reports for Business Units and works with internal stakeholders on payroll issues.

About the Role:

  • Process payroll for various countries in the South and North American region, including the US and Canada.
  • Work with HR to validate payroll inputs, confirm employee timesheets, process one-time payouts, overtime, leave of absence notifications, and severance payments.
  • Validate payroll reports from service providers and ensure timely processing without errors.
  • Perform variance analysis control and research variances to determine next steps.
  • Handle payroll and tax year-end processing according to US requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  2. Maintain effective communication with HR, Legal, Finance, and Benefits teams on various requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures quarterly.
  4. Collaborate with the US payroll manager in Hyderabad.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in AMERICAS Payroll processing.
  • Prior experience with payroll transitions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday, and SAP.
  • Ability to understand deadlines and meet them with quality.

Bonus Skills:

  • ADP Global View operational and implementation experience.
  • Payroll Certification, such as CPP.
