At Cubi Corp, we are looking for an experienced International Sales Development Manager to drive our sales growth and expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Negotiate deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Present sales proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services
  • FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO REVIEW THE SALES PROCESS AND ENSURE SATISFACTION
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ENGLISH FLUENCY ARE ESSENTIAL
  • The ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred
