Job Summary

As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of an organization and ensure its continued viability.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop a strategic business plan to support the management team.
  2. Prepare periodic internal financial statements for management meetings.
  3. Analyze and review financial metrics to inform business decisions.
  4. Assist in preparing consolidated financial reporting journal entries.
  5. Conduct analysis and participate in discussions regarding consolidation and reporting matters.
  6. Identify process improvements to enhance financial processes.
  7. Support decision-making with financial information and analysis.
  8. Participate in ad-hoc analyses and reports as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. ACCA certification is preferred, with additional certifications beneficial.
  2. Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
  3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other ERPs is advantageous.
  4. Experience with taxation and petty cash handling.
  5. Exceptional team management skills are essential.
  6. Expertise in using Excel and complex formulas is required.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory compliances is necessary.
  8. Excellent communication skills are vital.
