You will be a manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain, or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection, preparing business proposals, verifying assumptions, checking daily execution, and supporting the delivery of overall objectives. You may also have a direct report or manage third-party resources.

How You Will Contribute
  • Manage and execute finance planning and performance management processes, including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within your scope.
  • Ensure strong controls and compliance with policies.
  • Assist in preparing critical financial data and insights to support business strategies and decisions.
  • Lead projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, investing in personal and peer development, and driving the finance talent agenda, focusing on local FP&A pipeline.
What You Will Bring
  • Technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, data analysis, and cost management to achieve targets.
  • Business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry, local market dynamics, and regional/local business experience.
  • Leadership skills, including business partnering and communication experience in a large regional or local company.
  • Growth/digital mindset with the ability to leverage technology for operational improvements.
  • Integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant (preferred), Professional Accounting certification, MBA from top schools. Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in FMCG, with FP&A/Category Finance/Commercial Finance background. No relocation support available.
