Procurement and Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, procuring resources, and overseeing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement Management:
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best pricing and service levels.
  • Manage supplier agreements and monitor compliance.
Field Operations:
  • Supervise and train a team of field support staff to ensure exceptional client support.
  • Manage field dispatchers and optimize scheduling of field service appointments.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements.
Inventory and Resource Control:
  • Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Manage and track the receipt and inspection of supplies.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Location: Karachi Salary: Market Competitive Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)
