Procurement Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-savvy Procurement and Field Operations professional to be the heartbeat of our office operations. This role will keep the pulse of our supply flow steady, ensuring the right resources are always at hand.

This includes strategic vendor partnerships and cost-effective sourcing to fuel our growth journey while optimizing administrative resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and analytical vision to inform better choices.

With 2-4 years of experience in Procurement or Operations-related roles, you will be responsible for managing supplier agreements, monitoring compliance, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will also supervise, train, and support a team of field support to ensure exceptional client service, manage field dispatchers, and track service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best pricing and services.
    • Manage supplier agreements, monitor compliance, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Field Operations:
    • Supervise, train, and support a team of field support to ensure exceptional client service.
    • Manage field dispatchers in planning and overseeing the scheduling of field service appointments.
    • Track and submit reporting analysis on response times, service completion, and client feedback.
  • Inventory & Resource Control:
    • Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs and ensure timely supply of resources.
    • Manage and track the receipt and inspection of supplies and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in Procurement or Operations-related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
