Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in network design, implementation, and optimization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale network infrastructure solutions. This includes working with various technologies such as CISCO, Juniper, and other products from leading vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-level and low-level network designs
  • Responsible for creating bill of quantities (BOQ) for Cisco and Juniper products
  • Work with enterprise-level architecture teams to implement network configurations, including subnet and VLAN implementation, VOIP telephony solutions, VPN tunneling, and wireless LAN implementation
  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and problem resolution following connectivity problems, outages, or performance degradations in the network
  • Maintain network security and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols & switching technologies
  • Advanced knowledge in network design, network architecture, protocols, and network topology
  • The ability to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Specific technical qualifications/certifications: JNCIA-JUNOS, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP
