Job Description

A Network Professional is responsible for the planning, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure across Pakistan. They manage cases related to IT service management tools and assist in network design and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching. Familiarity with ITSM platforms and network management solutions is also essential.

  • Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan
  • Basic knowledge of SNMP, ICMP, and network protocols
  • Responsible for opening and handling ITSM/NMS cases
  • Work with enterprise-level architecture teams to implement NMS tools
  • Network design, integration, optimization, and migration
  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting
  • Work with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and protocols
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms and network management solutions
  • Basic concepts of network security, firewalls, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Knowledge of inventory management and IT audit processes
