  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tech Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of open-source software development, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Experience with frameworks like Django, Ruby on Rails, React.js, Next.js.
  • Knowledge of scalability and high-availability systems.
  • Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, automated testing.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Good grasp of product, design, and UX principles.
  • 7+ years in web development (front-end/back-end).
  • Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web products.
