Business Growth Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base in Pakistan, presenting and pitching our recruitment and other services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, and achieving sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business.

The Business Growth Consultant will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates, monitor progress against KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes. Additionally, they will provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the Country Manager, ensuring full compliance with all company directives.
