The Opportunity:

As part of a MENA team, you will provide high-quality payroll services to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for payroll service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and other related specifications.

You will work closely with our tax and accounting professionals to deliver compliance solutions. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure the highest standards of service are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage the hire-to-retire process, including employee requirements such as payroll operations. Anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as appropriate, and implement performance-improvement solutions.

Requirements:

To qualify, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Accounting, or equivalent academic credentials.
  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of rewards, payroll operations, and ERP systems, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with multinational clients and adapting to multicultural environments. Excellent analytical, management, and leadership skills. Effective organization and time management, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
