In this role, you will be providing high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders with their payroll needs.

You will oversee payroll service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and other related specifications as per EY teams in the region.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our tax and accounting professionals to deliver client compliance needs.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships with clients to ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards and are done on time.

This is a detail-oriented professional opportunity that involves working across borders with a wide network of people and large amounts of data.

To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in human resources and accounting as a major or an MBA in human resources, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in rewards, payroll operations, and hands-on experience working on related ERP systems.
