Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead our nationwide sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage teams across the country through local managers and drive results on our Car Certification targets.
- Address all issues/concerns/questions from teams and other stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Provide timely reporting to senior management as required.
Mission Critical Objectives:
- Develop strategies to increase revenue from our CarSure program by expanding it to industry stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing & product team to promote monetization opportunities and ensure smooth operations.
Technical Enhancement:
- Continuously improve the CarSure program by incorporating market feedback and research-based modifications.
- Explore additional tools and technologies to enhance program robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with the product & engineering team for technical implementation and timely rollout.
Training & Development:
- Foster standardized testing practices nationwide by providing continuous training resources.
- Audit team performances and utilize insights to develop improved trainings and program enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Possess at least 6-8 years of experience managing large direct sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Proven success in recruiting, retaining high-performance sales teams, and developing professionals.
- Skillful strategist, project manager, problem-solver, and change management professional.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
