HVAC Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing various types of Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Dept. equipment including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers, Water Coolers, Direction Expansion Units, Split ACs, Floor Standing ACs, and air distribution network.

About the Role
  • Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment in an efficient manner is critical to the success of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing planned preventive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and increase equipment lifespan.
  • Recording maintenance information and updating supervisors on daily tasks is essential for effective communication.
  • Troubleshooting problems in HVAC equipment requires strong analytical skills.
  • FOLLOWING safety procedures at work is mandatory.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a certificate or diploma in Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC). They must also have the ability to understand and write simple Urdu and English.
