Job Summary

As a Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems. Your role will be centered around driving technological innovation and advancement within the organization.

You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk. Additionally, you may collaborate with project teams as needed, leveraging your technical expertise to aid in project planning, execution, and testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage system updates, coordinate testing and production readiness of the data that supports creation and maintenance of batch records.
  • Deliver continuous support to our users in an environment based on Sage ERP, Payroll, Upflow, Certify, Salesforce, and various other systems.
  • Work with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to the systems and participate in all testing and release to production of these changes to the platform.
  • Responsible for system management and delivery to assess new system capabilities.
  • Create, release and modify reporting suite through Crystal and Business Intelligence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a Computer Science background is preferred.
  • Sage Certification or Microsoft Certification would be a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of development/integration of ERP systems and customized applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Query Writing, Python, .Net development, Microsoft Development Platform, and Crystal Reports.
  • Excellent programming skills in VBA macros.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and other systems, preferably in a Sage-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
