  • Supervise staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of experience in IT management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and understanding of complex information and requirements.
  • SAP expertise and ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal, and great IT skills combined with a good head for business.
