AlHuda International School seeks an experienced MIS Officer to maintain internet and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain stable LAN, WAN, and firewall configurations for secure operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Liaise with vendors for hardware/network-related needs.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
  • Conduct system audits and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train staff on the use of IT systems and cyber security best practices.
  • Maintain and manage biometric attendance systems with HR coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues across all locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, user management systems, and network security protocols. Experience with biometric attendance systems and ERP environments is essential. Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL are highly valued.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL (advantageous).

Skills: Networking, user management systems, network security protocols, biometric attendance systems, ERP environments.
