Job Description

The role of a Strategic Pharmacy Account Manager is pivotal in our organization, focusing on developing and maintaining key pharmacy accounts. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless product availability and successful promotional strategies execution.

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations. A deep understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare sales ecosystem is essential for success in this role.

This position presents an opportunity to work closely with pharmacy buyers, acting as the single point of contact for all account-related matters. The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop and implement account plans aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare sales ecosystem.
