We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Contact Centre operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the daily activities of the centre.

Main Objectives:

  • To provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals
  • To develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive positive outcomes
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of Contact Centre operations, including forecasting and scheduling
  • Make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
